Dear Beers Street Families,
The first full week is in the books! Students are busy learning routines, teacher expectations, and of course, learning and enjoying themselves in class.
School Picture day is Tuesday, September 27. You can order before picture day on mylifetouch.com with the Picture ID: EVTC43XNC.
The Hazlet Township School District continues into its second year with the online registration solution to capture standard "emergency card" information. Parents/Guardians are invited to complete the registration online through FamilyID quickly and easily. Please be mindful that every student must be registered individually, even if they are in the same school. The form must be completed in a timely manner.
Instructions for filling out the Emergency Form:
If you already have a FamilyID account, please click the link, log in and complete the form. Again, you will need to fill out a form for each student in your household.
If you do not have a FamilyID account, you will need to register and create an account. Once you have created an account, you will receive an email from FamilyID with a link to activate your account. Once you click the activation link, you will be directed to a search page. Please close out the browser window and click on the link attached in this email. You will be directed to the "Health Emergency Form - Hazlet Township Public Schools 2022-2023".
