Dear Beers Street Families,

The Week of Respect begins Monday, October 2nd. There are activities and theme days planned, including a Respect Week button contest and the Buddy Breakfast on Friday. The Beers Street School PTO will purchase breakfast for every student on Friday, October 6th. Thank you PTO! We will match our 6th graders with their 5th grade buddies for the breakfast. The 6th grade students will share what being a Beers Street Bulldog means and how to BARK Loud with their 5th grade buddies.

Mon. 10/2 Superhero Day! Dress like a superhero because kindness is our superpower!

Tues. 10/3 Wear blue for World Day of Bullying Prevention

Wed. 10/4 Pajama Day. Wear pajamas so we can put bullying to bed

Thurs. 10/5 Hat Day. Tipping our cap to Respect

Fri. 10/6 School Spirit Day. Wear your Beers Street green!

During October, when you shop at Stop & Shop on Rt. 36 in Keyport and purchase the reusable Community Bag, a $1 donation will be made to the Beers Street School PTO. You can see the flyer here.

If you shop at Five Below on Rt. 35 in Holmdel from September 24th through the 30th, 10% of the purchases made will be donated back to the Beers Street School PTO. Here's a link to the flyer with more information.

The PTO is holding a spirit wear sale. There are hoodies, t-shirts, sweats, and more available. We encourage students to wear green or their Beers Street swag on Fridays. The spirit wear sale goes until September 30th. Click here to visit the online spirit wear store.

Beers Street School PTO membership is $10 per family, but all monetary donations are greatly appreciated. Dues can be paid via Venmo- @BeersStreetPTO. Please include your child's first name, last name, and teacher in the message box. Dues can also be paid by sending in cash or a check. Checks should be made out to "Beers Street PTO."
