Paul Battaglia

Welcome to my website!

Thank you for landing on this page! This is my 25th year in education and I am absolutely thrilled to be at Raritan High School. I am originally from New Jersey, most recently teaching at Manasquan High School for 17 years until 2018, when my family and I decided to shake things up and move to Nashville, TN.

There I taught at a small private school called Brentwood Academy. In addition to teaching, I am a co-author of various textbooks, including Calculus for AP, Precalculus: A Graphing Approach, and Precalculus with Limits with renowned professor and author Ron Larson.

Finally, one of my greatest professional experiences involves the founding of a non-profit called Squanathon, of which I still remain on the Board of Directors. Squanathon is an overnight dance marathon held at Manasquan High School. All fundraising proceeds are organized by members of the student body and monies are donated to local families who have a child with cancer or another serious illness. To date, Squanathon has raised over $1 million dollars over 13 years for this very worthy cause.

I look forward to meeting you and working with your student. Please contact me with any questions or concerns!
